Now in our Seventh year of publication.
From the Editor.
In this issue we continue the series looking at S&D's cab design, and Stan Quin and Paul Phillips have provided fascinating articles about S&D's apprenticeship scheme. We have a further account of the use of the SD Freighter chassis as the basis of a sea front bus, whilst the first Freightlifter is also featured.
There are many people to thank without whom this issue would not have been possible. My thanks to Stan Quin and Paul Phillips for their articles on Apprenticeship, and to Adrian Wood and Mervyn Spokes for personal memories,
As the Festive Season approaches I send you all my best wishes for Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Brian Carpenter. Editor. 1st December 2009.
